Between London, Amsterdam, Brussels, Monaco, Courchevel, Paris, and soon Dubai, Kévin Ligot (36) has established himself as a leading figure in the bar business within the luxury hospitality and restaurant industry. A two-time European Mixology Champion, Certified Tea Master, and trained in the Art of Perfumery in Grasse, he combines the artistic sensibility of a creator with the strategic vision of an ambitious entrepreneur. With over 17 years of expertise, he has honed a unique skill set through collaborations with prestigious groups such as Joël ROBUCHON International, MARRIOTT Luxury Collection, MOMA Paris, and LVMH. His approach transcends traditional luxury, fine dining, and ultra-exclusive events. Surrounded by renowned experts, he designs immersive, tailor-made experiences for an international clientele, maximizing the value of every investment. Originally from the Belgium-Netherlands border, he developed his artistic sensitivity at Saint-Luc School of Arts before embarking on an exceptional journey where curiosity, excellence, and innovation shape his every move. His relentless pursuit of discovery constantly pushes him to redefine industry standards and elevate expectations.

In 2015, he founded MIXOMANIA Paris a creative laboratory dedicated to crafting cutting-edge strategies for the creation and development of high-end bars. His expertise extends to consulting for major hotel groups, renowned Michelin-starred chefs, investors, and multinational corporations in the perfumery and flavoring sectors.

MIXOLOGICA

SINCE 2024

In 2024, he launches MIXOLOGICA Milan - Dubai , marking the start of a new era. This groundbreaking initiative promises to combine the boldness of high-end bar decor and craft design with an expanded international presence in the luxury event sector. It positions MIXOLOGICA & MIXOLOGICA Paris - Milan - Dubai as the only French bar agency offering a panoramic perspective on every aspect of the beverage world, ensuring top-tier service and an unforgettable experience for its clients.

Are you only focused on cocktails?
No. Mixomania also works across broader drink categories and guest-facing beverage experiences, including coffee, tea, matcha, zero-proof, functional and other premium beverage formats.


 

Are you an event agency?
No. The core value is strategic: bar strategy, experiential design and smart execution. For selected projects, this can extend into activations or event-led formats, but that is not the core positioning.
